Man Accused of Putting Child In Clothes Dryer Reaches Plea Deal

Nicholas Fuchs has agreed to plead guilty to three charges of child abuse and one charge of recklessly endangering safety, according to a report.

Nicholas Fuchs, the Oak Creek man charged with abusing his girlfriend's two young children, has reached a plea deal to avoid a trial, Patch's media partners at Fox 6 report.

Fuchs, 26, , unbeknown to the mother, while he lived with her in Oak Creek.

According to a criminal complaint, the children told police he would hit them on the bottom of their feet with a spoon and put their feet in a tub full of hot water.

One child said they had urinated in their pajamas, so Fuchs put the child in a clothes dryer and turned it on. After further interviewing the children, police discovered he had done this on several occasions.

According to Fox 6, Fuchs has agreed to plead guilty to three charges of child abuse and one charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. In exchange, charges of false imprisonment and strangulation and suffocation were dropped.
