Baker approached the undercover officer in October and asked him if he wanted to purchase drugs and gave him his cell phone number. The officer then set up a deal in which he agreed to purchase 10 bags of heroin for $100.

Police then met with Baker in the parking lot of a business near S. 13th St. and W. College Ave. and arrested him.

Baker told police he was selling the drugs in order to make money. He was already scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 3 on a burglary charge.

Baker is currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail on $15,000 cash bail.
