Milwaukee County sheriff's deputies were called by AirTran officials after Repetti, who works for PrimeFlight, was seen trying to steal bottles of wine off one of the flights. Upon arriving, they found Repetti waiting for them and eating a bag of Air Tran potato chips.

He admitted taking the wine, and when police searched him, they found two bottles of wine, three bottles of Jack Daniel's, three bottles of Bacardi, one can of Bud Light, two bags of chips and two bags of pretzels that were all stolen from the plane.

Deputies also found several Oxycodone pills inside a cigarette pack Repetti had with him. He told officers he had a prescription for them and was keeping a few in the pack because people try to rob him when he carries the whole bottle.

Repetti was then placed in a holding cell where he began pounding on the door and sink, then urinated on the door.
