Man Clocked at 90 MPH Arrested For Drunken Driving

His preliminary blood-alcohol content was almost three times legal limit.

A 28-year-old South Milwaukee man allegedly traveling 90 miles per hour down Highway 100 was arrested for drunken driving early Thursday.

He had a preliminary blood-alcohol content level of .23, almost three times the legal limit, police said. Officers pulled him over about 1:35 a.m. in the 2200 block of E. Ryan Road.

Oak Creek police made another drunken driving arrest just 20 minutes earlier.

According to a police report, a 25-year-old Milwaukee man drove the wrong way on a divided highway. He was arrested in the 6900 block of South Howell Ave. with a preliminary blood-alcohol content of .15, almost twice the legal limit.
