Man Eats Marijuana After Traffic Stop

Oak Creek paramedics were called to the 2600 block of W. Sycamore Avenue after the man's heartbeat escalated. He received two drug-related citations.

A 22-year-old Greenfield man allegedly ate his marijuana after he was pulled over in the 2600 block of W. Sycamore Avenue early Monday.

According to the logbook, an officer stopped him for an unsafe lane deviation about 2:30 a.m.

The officer noticed the man seemed "somewhat out of it" as he spoke to him, and could see his heart beating rapidly, according to the logbook. His breathing was fast and his words were shaky, so the officer asked him to step out of the vehicle.
