Man Kicked Out of Theater After Acting Suspicious During 'Dark Knight Rises'

Incident Friday night came less than 24 hours after shootings in Aurora, Colorado. The 22-year-old man returned on Sunday night and was asked to leave and not come back.

Police were called to the twice over the weekend after a man acted suspicious during The Dark Knight Rises and then returned to the theater two days later.

According to an Oak Creek police report, an employee called police about 11:10 p.m. Friday when a man got up during a showing of The Dark Knight Rises, walked out the exit door and then walked back to the auditorium.

He was acting "strange," according to the report, by doing things like walking around and stretching in the auditorium while the movie was playing. Several customers reported this to theater management, which asked the man to leave.

The man denied doing anything wrong but got his brother and left the theater, according to the report. He later told police he used the emergency exit because he thought he was going to throw up.

The incident came less than 24 hours after the shooting in Aurora, Colorado, where suspect James Holmes reportedly bought a ticket to The Dark Knight Rises and then propped open an exit door prior to opening fire.

About 7:20 p.m. Sunday, a South Shore employee called police after the man returned. He was told to leave again and not come back.

A manager told police he wanted to pursue charges.

Regardless of Colorado, such behavior during the actual movie is unacceptable.

But, what did he do the second time that prompted such action? There are really big holes in this story.
