Marijuana-Growing Operation Busted by Oak Creek PD

A 34-year-old man has been charged after police say a home on West Hope Lane had dozens of marijuana plants in a complex growing operation.

Oak Creek police say they found some 87 marijuana plants—some more than 3 feet high—and a complex growing operation at a home on W. Hope Lane, according to WTMJ-TV.

Saul Vasquez, 34, was charged Thursday with a felony count of manufacturing/delivering marijuana. He will be back in court for a preliminary hearing June 28.
