Coleman was staying with a family in Oak Creek after getting kicked out of his girlfriend’s residence. On two occasions he began assaulting the teenage girl while he thought she was asleep. In the first incident - which took place Sept. 21 - the victim said she saw Coleman enter her room when her parents were out. He then began grinding his pelvis against her backside.
She continued to act asleep through the episode until he stopped and woke her up.
