Motorcyclist Arrested For Fifth OWI Offense

911 caller told police the man kept falling over on his motorcycle.

A 30-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for drunken driving for the fifth time Sunday night after a resident saw him continually fall over on his motorcycle and called 911.

According to an report, the man was westbound on Wood Avenue when the witness saw him and phoned police about 9:50 p.m. An officer pulled over the motorcycle, which did not have a license plate, at 18th and Jewell streets in Milwaukee.

The man was unsteady on his feet and had a strong odor of intoxicants on his breath, slurred speech and red, glassy eyes, according to the report.
