Mukwonago Man Faces Heroin Charge After Arrest in Oak Creek
According to police, the 25-year-old and another person were sitting on a dead-end street when they injected a drug. He later vomited during a police interview.
A 25-year-old Mukwonago man is facing charges after he allegedly had heroin in his pocket while parked on a dead end street in Oak Creek.
Michael J. Madden was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, he faces up to 3 Β½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

At 2:51 a.m. June 30, an officer on foot patrol in the 9300 block of 8th Avenue noticed a car parked near a dead end by a park. Madden and another person were in the car and said they were waiting for a woman who lived nearby.
The two were arrested for loitering and the officer found a rock of heroin inside Madden's pocket, as well as three syringes and two spoons. He told officers they bought a gram of heroin for $180 and injected it.

Madden vomited as he was interviewed by officers, but he refused medical attention.
He has been assigned to the Justice 2000 program while awaiting trial.Β
