Noodles Taking Precautions After Tosa Robbery

Extra patrols requested after restaurant received suspicious phone call.

Extra police patrols were requested around closing time at Noodles and Company following a robbery last week at the Noodles in Wauwatosa, according to the logbook.

The Oak Creek Noodles, 8581 S. Howell Ave., received a suspicious phone call asking about specifics regarding the restaurant, police said.

A similar situation occurred prior to the Wauwatosa robbery, according to the logbook. Noodles officials told police the suspects' method is to hide in the bathroom and come out after closing time to rob the business.Β

Oak Creek officers advised employees to be on the lookout for suspicious activity inside and outside the store and to call police if anything seems amiss.
