Numerous Electronics Stolen in Home Burglary

A resident called police after coming home to find his bedroom window wide open.

An Oak Creek resident who returned home Sunday night to find his bedroom window wide open later discovered someone entered his residence and stole numerous electronics and other items. 

The residence, in the 400 block of E. Arbor Circle, was broken into sometime between 7 a.m. June 22 and 9:30 p.m. June 23, according to an Oak Creek police report. 

The person or people responsible cut the window screen and opened the window for entry, according to the report. Stolen were two iPads, a Kindle Fire, laptop, Blackberry and a duffle bag that contained a checkbook and work documents.

Police canvassed the neighborhood but did not have any suspects.
