On Sept. 24, Dominguez went to the victim’s home in the 500 block of East Rawson Avenue while her father was gone and entered the victim's room. The girl was in bed sleeping when he pulled the covers off and began poking and rubbing her rear.
The victim - who knew Dominguez because he lived with her dad during a recent three month period - told him to stop and warned that her father would be home soon. When he continued rubbing her, she then yelled at him to stop, which he did before leaving the premises.
