Bachand was pulled over by a Milwaukee police officer in the 2900 block of W. Walnut St. Tuesday after the officer noticed he was driving without a seatbelt on. While approaching the vehicle, the officer saw Bachand reaching towards his floor, so he decided to search him.
The officer found nine Oxycodone pills in Bachand’s socks. He admitted they were his and said he had an opiate addiction for the past seven years.
