Police: Oak Creek Man Sold Pills to Undercover Officer

Suspect allegedly sold Oxycodone to support drug habit.

A 28-year-old Oak Creek man is facing charges after he allegedly sold Oxycodone pills to an undercover officer.

Ralph A. Brown Jr. was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of delivery of a controlled substance. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and $50,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

An undercover police officer set up the drug deal with Brown, who was selling Oxycodone pills. They met in a parking lot in the 8100 block of S. Howell Ave. and conducted the deal.

Two days later police searched Brown's apartment and he admitted to selling pills to support his own drug habit.

He will make his initial court appearance Feb. 8.
