A 19-year-old Oak Creek man has been charged over the weekend.
According to a criminal complaint, Mikhail Grabowski was supposed to meet with his ex-girlfriend on Sunday. The victim, a 29-year-old Racine man, went with the woman but stayed out of the conversation because he didn’t know Grabowski.
However, Grabowski said his ex kissed the victim, who then smirked at him, so he punched and assaulted the man while using a closed folding knife in his hand.
