Oak Creek police were alerted earlier this year to Batovsky’s home in the 1100 block of W. York St. after it was reported someone there was trying to contact young boys for sexual purposes. Police went to his home in June where he gave them consent to search his computer.

Police discovered numerous pictures depicting pre-pubescent and pubescent boys in sexual acts or posing in provocative ways on his hard drive, a tape, an iPod and several movies.
