A 40-year-old Oak Creek woman is facing charges after she allegedly kicked a man in the groin, punched him repeatedly and threw a frying pan at him.
Mary Ann Eaton was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and one count of bail jumping. If convicted, she faces up to one year in prison and $11,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
Eaton went to the victim's Oak Creek home Monday, violating the conditions of a bond she posted in another case pending against her.
She then began to argue with the man before kneeing and kicking him in the groin, punching him numerous times in the face and then swinging and throwing a frying pan at him.
The man got out of the house and went directly to the police station to report the incident.
Eaton is being held in Milwaukee County Jail on $100 bail.
