Police: Driver Pulled Gun During Road Rage Incident

A man was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed after a road rage incident near College and Howell avenues.

Oak Creek police arrested a man for disorderly conduct while armed after he admitted pointing a gun at a driver during a road rage incident.

According to a police report, a driver told police the man displayed a handgun "in a threatening matter" while yelling at him near Howell and College avenues about 3 p.m. July 9.

An officer went to the man's house and saw a small pistol lying in plain view inside the vehicle.

The man acknowledged pointing the gun out the window during the dispute, according to the report. He explained the argument in a similar way as the other driver, except he said the other driver was driving poorly and not him, police said.

Police arrested him and took his gun as evidence.
