Suspected Pot Dealers Arrested after Search Warrant Executed on West Allis House

Two West Allis men have been charged following Oak Creek police executing a search warrant on their home, which contained containers and bags with marijuana and a digital scale with pot residue.

Two West Allis men are accused of dealing marijuana after Oak Creek police executed a search warrant on their home and found their alleged drug operation.

Adam Nobs, 19, was charged May 24 with felony possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, and Nicholas Shelby, 18, was charged the same day with maintaining a drug house, a felony. If convicted, each face up to three years and six months imprisonment or $10,000 in fines, or both.

According to the criminal complaint:

On March 18, Oak Creek police executed a search warrant on the two men’s West Allis house, recovering numerous items that police suggest was used for sale of marijuana, according to court documents.

Authorities found marijuana inside of cups, a Tupperware container, bags including a vacuumed sealed bag with 55 grams of pot between two couches and a digital scale with pot residue.

A wallet with Nobs’ identification card in it contained $1,450 in cash, and police recovered $230 in cash found inside a jewelry box, the criminal complaint says.

Police say Shelby admitted he lived in the West Allis house and had been selling marijuana to friends for the past several months out of the residence, authorities say.

Nobs also admitted to selling marijuana out of the house for a few months, but said he did so on behalf of Shelby, according to the documents.

The two are due for their initial court appearances on June 27.Β
