At 1:43 a.m. Monday, a witness spotted Valvo driving northbound in the 8000 block of S. Howell Avenue and swerving, so he contacted the Oak Creek Police Department and followed Valvo into a subdivision. Valvo then went to his home on Evandale Drive, where officers found him.
Valvo said he drank three beers and two shots and drove to Taco Bell for food when the witness saw him. He had a blood alcohol level of 0.24, which is three times more than the legal limit to drive in Wisconsin.
