Father Accused of Showing Porn to Kids Not Charged
A 46-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested Sept. 24 for exposing a child to harmful material. The DA's office has reportedly declined to file charges.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney's office will not charge an Oak Creek father who was accused of showing pornography in his garage to children, according to WTMJ-TV.
The man, 46, was arrested Sept. 24 for exposing a child to harmful material. He told police his 7-year-old daughter has regular access to the garage, where officers found pornographic images, but no other kids do.
Neighbors contended the images are regularly shown to kids living in the home, as well as other children in the neighborhood, according to an Oak Creek police report.
