Two Arrested Outside Pick 'n Save

Pair received citations for drug paraphernalia possession.

A man and woman were arrested outside Pick 'n Save, 6462 S. 27th St., Monday afternoon after officers found needles and a marijuana pipe in their car.

The pair were acting in a bizarre way when officers knocked on their car window about 4:15 p.m., according to a police report. A 24-year-old woman from South Milwaukee was hunched over and swaying in the back seat of the vehicle and did not respond when an officer tapped on the window, police said.

When an officer opened the door and when she stepped out, a needle cap fell to the ground and landed at the officer's feet, according to the report. She then admitted to having a marijuana pipe in her glove compartment and needles under the front seat.
