Woman Calls 911 After Argument Over What's For Dinner

A 66-year-old woman told police she wanted officers to speak to her children about eating whatever she cooks and "not putting up a fuss."

An argument over what's for dinner probably wasn't what the creators of 911 had in mind when they devised the system.

But a 66-year-old Oak Creek woman called 911 about 4:30 p.m. March 6 because her kids were mad at her about what she served for dinner, according to the Oak Creek Police Department logbook.

The woman told police her children got into a food fight the night before and now were angry because she brought home pizza but didn't get breadsticks.
