Xbox, Other Items Taken In Apartment Burglary

Police are still investigating the burglary, which happened in the 8000 block of W. Wildwood Drive. Police were also called to a garage burglary the same afternoon.

A resident in the 8000 block of S. Wildwood Drive returned home Monday afternoon to find his patio door open and items missing from his apartment, according to an Oak Creek police report.

Police say the burglary happened between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. An Xbox, video games, $35 in coins and stainless steel plates were missing from the apartment.

Officers processed the home for evidence but did not locate any fingerprints. No other residents in the apartment complex saw anything, according to the report.

The resident identified three possible suspects. Police were still investigating.

Officers also responded to a garage burglary in the 1700 block of W. Timber Ridge Drive about 2:15 p.m. Monday.

An entertainment center, a marble night stand and a box with personal records were taken. Police did not have any suspects.
