County Supervisor Cesarz Will Not Seek Re-Election

He has been on the board since 2002.

Milwaukee County Supervisor Paul Cesarz will not seek re-election in April.

Cesarz, who represents the majority of Oak Creek residents on the County Board, was first elected in a special election in June of 2002 and re-elected in 2004 and 2008.

But recently, he has come under fire from constituents, other government officials and for unresponsiveness. Candidates who have filed to run for his seat have said the lack of communication was one of the biggest factors in their decision to enter the race.
