Developer Looks to Expand Forest Hill Ave. Subdivision

Eight lots would be added to the Oakfield Village subdivision, under a proposal submitted to the city.

Eight lots would be added to a subdivision in the 300 block of E. Forest Hill Ave., under a proposal in front of the Oak Creek Plan Commission.

The expansion of the Oakfield Village subdivision, just east of Howell Avenue, would be a little less than three acres total, according to a report to Plan Commission members.

The developer still has to work out issues with Milwaukee County before proceeding, according to the report.

The Plan Commission will discuss the proposal in its meeting Tuesday, which begins at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 8640 S. Howell Ave.

Oakfield Village is the second Oak Creek subdivision to come forward with expansion plans in the last month. Developers are planning to add 44 lots to the Glen Crossing subdivision across from West Middle School.
