The Oak Creek Health Department will offer an adult flu vaccine clinic BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Monday, October 3 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM and 1:00 – 4:00.  The Health Department is located at 8640 S. Howell Ave.  Please note that you have to call or stop by in advance to schedule an appointment before you come in for the shot.

Walk-In Hours

If you're interested in WALK-IN times for flu shots, the Health Department offers flu vaccines every Monday in October beginning October 10 from 8:30am to 4pm.

Costs

The cost of the vaccine is $30.  The Health Department also accepts Medicare Part B and United Healthcare Medicare Plans.  You can get a pneumonia vaccine for $65.
