Among the items on Tuesday's agenda is a to a developer hoping to construct an industrial building off Howell Avenue.
Also Tuesday, Baker Tilly Virchow Krause will give a presentation on the city's 2010 audit, and the council will consider a measure regarding the 2012 road reconstruction project on Pennsylvania Avenue.
