Oak Creek Citizen's Action Meeting

Event is free and open to the general public. Mr. Jerry Franke, Representing We Energies, Wis Park, Real Estate Development Division. Has been invited to discuss plans for the Delphi Property, Howell and Drexel. Wis Park currently owns the MMSD properties on Howel and Oak Wood (apx. 100 acres), the Delphi Property in partnership with the city, both parcels are TIF enterprises which means you, the taxpayer are funding any development. Also, Wis Park is dealing independently on the purchase of the 80 acre, Peter Cooper lands in Carrollville and remains project manager without a project manager agreement in place for the Carrollville/Bender Park area.

Representative Mark Honadel has also been invited as related to his efforts on the Drexel Ave. Interchange.
