Final Public Meeting On Lakefront July 7

Residents have one final chance to discuss Lakefront redevelopment with City officials on Thursday, July 7.

The City of Oak Creek is holding one final public meeting to discuss plans for future lakefront redevelopment. The city's consultant is expected to be on hand at the meeting to present the conceptual development plan which shows what the completed lakefront might look like.

The city has held two meetings previous to this one aimed at gathering public opinion on the redevelopment. Based on comments received at those meetings, the city's project team and consultants have put together a plan that they hope residents will appreciate, according to City Administrator Gerald R. Peterson.

However, during the plan's finalization, they want to hear from you again. Are you satisfied with the current plan? Are there changes you'd like to see made? On Thursday - July 7 - you can let them know.Β
