Jursik Has Strong Words For County Board Chairman

Oak Creek's county board representative says demotions were politically-motivated.

County Supervisor Pat Jursik told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that her demotions on county board committees were Chairman Lee Holloway's way of political payback.

Jursik, who represents a portion of Oak Creek, lost chairmanship of the Personnel Committee and was taken off the budget panel, according to the newspaper.

She told the paper it stemmed from her blocking one of Holloway's appointments earlier this year and ripped his tenure as acting county executive.
