Officials say county taking steps to address long-term needs.

The Milwaukee County Board yesterday approved a resolution, authored by Supervisor Pat Jursik, to develop a comprehensive plan for human resources.

The strategic plan to review and modernize Milwaukee County’s human resources is the next step in planning for long-term needs, according to a county news release.

Jursik chairs the Long-Range Strategic Plan Steering Committee, which earlier proposed a plan to review facilities.
