Update: Oak Creek Will Survey Residents

Poll seeks residents' opinion on city operations.

Oak Creek city leaders will try to get a better handle on the pulse of the community with a survey seeking residents' opinions on services, programs and initiatives.

The questions will cover a wide range of topics, including issues such as the future of and the .

"You will see that this is a pretty comprehensive survey," City Administrator Gerald Peterson said. "It should provide some interesting information. I think the council will find the information from this very useful in its decision-making process."

Peterson said Tuesday the survey should go out Nov. 2 to 1,500 households in Oak Creek. If residents do not receive the survey but still want to give their input, they will be able to do so at City Hall or online.

The Common Council earlier this year for Cobalt Community Research to administer the survey.
