Construction to widen Pennsylvania Avenue from two to four lanes is expected to finish by mid-October, according to South Milwaukee Blog.
Pennsylvania Avenue between College and Rawson has been closed to through traffic since July. In addition to more lanes, the road will feature improved street lighting and sidewalks.
