Plan Commission Approves AutoZone Plans

Company will build a second store in Oak Creek at 2555 W. Ryan Road.

The Oak Creek Plan Commission in its meeting Tuesday gave AutoZone the go-ahead to build a 7,430-square-foot store at 2555 W. Ryan Road.

The store , with the other at 311 E. Puetz Road.

The company will employ between eight and 12 employees at the Ryan Road store, according to plans submitted to the Plan Commission. Its hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.

I have lived in OC for 12 years now. I remember back a few years ago when I would have to travel to 27th street or over to Napa on Rawson Ave for parts. Everytime I would say to myself, I sure wished the OC area had their own parts store!!! Now we will have 2 thats awesome!!
