Residents Invited to Meet Scaffidi, Tour Police Station

Scaffidi's first Meet the Mayor event will be held at 9 a.m. May 12.

Oak Creek Mayor Steve Scaffidi will hold his first Meet the Mayor event from 9 to 10:30 a.m. May 12 at the , 301 W. Ryan Road.

Residents can meet Scaffidi and Police Chief John Edwards and tour the police department building.

Scaffidi he wants to expand on the late Mayor Dick Bolender's Meet the Mayor events and stage them in various city-owned buildings.

Scaffidi and other city staff will be on hand to answer questions and listen to residents' ideas and concerns, Scaffidi said.
