Stepping On Fall Prevention Program at the Oak Creek Health Department

Are you Age 65 or older, have had a fall in the past year or are afraid of falling, and live in a home or apartment? Don’t let the fear of falling rule your life. There are many things that can help reduce the risk of falling.

One of the things you can do to build your confidence and reduce your risk for falling is to participate in the Oak Creek Health Department's new program called Stepping On.

The curriculum for Stepping On is based on solid research about balance and falls.
