Local Chefs To Serve Up 'Taste of Oak Creek'

The fourth-annual event, a fundraiser for scholarships and classroom grants, will be held Thursday at the community center.

Oak Creek residents can sample what local restaurants and chefs have to offer at the Taste of Oak Creek, set for 5-9 p.m. Thursday at the community center.

The fourth-annual event benefits the Oak Creek-Franklin Foundation for Education, which provides student scholarships and classroom grants.

In addition to local restaurants, the evening also includes Cupcake Wars contest entries and a tasting of a new flavor of Knightro Fusion, the soda made by Oak Creek High School students.
