Oak Creek Gets Fired Up at Pep Rally

Students filled the Oak Creek High School gymnasium Friday afternoon for a homecoming pep rally.

Oak Creek High School's homecoming week 2012 reached its final stages beginning with a pep rally Friday afternoon.

Students competed in wheelbarrow races, watched cheerleading performances and even saw their teachers get into the act with a "Call Me Maybe" dance.

They also looked on as Virgil Hammond and Samantha Erdman were crowned homecoming king and queen.

Homecoming week concludes with the Oak Creek Knights' game against Kenosha Tremper later in the evening and the dance Saturday night.
