Knights' Soccer Season Comes to an End

Marquette University High School beat Oak Creek 10-0 at sectionals Thursday night to bring the Knights' season to a close.

One of the best seasons in the history of the Oak Creek boys' soccer program came to an end Thursday.

Soccer powerhouse Marquette University High School dealt the Knights a 10-0 loss in the sectional semifinal to end Oak Creek's season. The Knights finish with a 12-5-3 record, while Marquette still has not lost this year, posting a record of 16-0-1 heading into the sectional final.

Still, it was a season to remember for the Knights.

They went unbeaten in their first nine games and came close to their first conference title in school history.
