We came here in an rv to work for a month. They ask for an escrow payment when you come in, & when we told them we were moving on they said they have a rule you have to give 30 days notice or they will keep the esrow money. The rv part of the park is messy, & completely umkempt. This mobile home park is not worth the money to come here. We do not recommend this park to anyone.

It's not bad but considerably more expensive than others (6 other mobile home parks within 5 miles) & the management doesn't enforce the park rules equitably (or often not at all). For example, a "park rule" forbids a disabled car on the grounds; my neighbor had to get his car towed immediately he could not take the weekend to fix his waterpump - yet cars have flat tires, broken windows, are unlicensed for weeks or months. They advertise "Hablamos Espanol!" - but there is 1 bilingual employee, the realtor/salesperson. The owner says he can't talk with "those people", nor can the manager - so if English is not your primary language you can't complain to the manager, you are out of luck. Once you buy a home & sign your 20 page lease, pet agreement & the 6 pages of park rules, you are stuck for a looong time. You own the home (which is great you can have a garden, a dog or 3, let your kids run in the yard) but the landlord (owner) owns the land it's on. When you want to move you just sell your house right? WRONG!!! You can sell but the landlord doesn't have to approve the new tenants -but it's a different story with the property company the landlord ALSO owns. THEN prospective tenants don't have to jump through hoops. You can't rent it out to anyone else, can't have a roommate unless they also sign a 20 page lease & attachments AND are "approved" by the landlord. Cheap living, great suburban location-just know what you are getting into-since it's REALLY hard to get out of.
