Resident Assaulted in Home; Police Seek Suspects

Two men entered a home in the 1100 block of E. Stonegate Drive the evening of Dec. 23 and grabbed and choked the victim, according to an Oak Creek police report.

Two men are being sought in the Dec. 23 assault of a man in the 1100 block of E. Stonegate Drive, near Puetz Road and Shepard Avenue.  About 9:30 p.m., two unknown males came into the victim's residence stating they were looking for a man like him and said something to the effect of "gimme the money" several times, according to a police report.  The men grabbed and choked the victim and tried pulling him out the door. He suffered scratches to his face and neck area but declined an ambulance. One of the suspects was described as Asian-American, about 5-foot-8 with skinny build, between 28 and 30 years old and wearing a gray knit cap and long-sleeve gray T-shirt. Teenager Assaulted in Park; Arrest Made

The beating of a 16-year-old boy is at least the second time in the last two months a teenager has been assaulted in an Oak Creek park.

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after a teenager was assaulted Wednesday night in an Oak Creek park. The victim told police several unknown boys came out of the woods about 6 p.m. at a park near 7600 S. Clement Ave. and punched and kicked him, according to a police report. The boy sustained a bruised nose and several small cuts on the inside of his mouth, police said. The assault also caused him to drop his cell phone. A police canine was brought in to help search for the phone, but it could not be located, according to the report. Police determined one of the offenders was a 15-year-old Oak Creek boy who had an open warrant with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
