Three Face Charges In Theft of Purse From Grocery Cart

Police say three suspects used credit cards stolen from a woman at Pick 'n Save to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of goods at other stores.

Two men and one woman are facing charges after one of them allegedly stole a woman's purse out of an Oak Creek grocery cart, then used her credit cards to purchase goods across the area. Jessica Lynn Boudnik, 25, Richard Joseph Spiller Jr., 31, and Andrew R. Stephens, 25, are charged with six combined counts of theft and unauthorized use of personal identification. If convicted, Spiller faces up to six years in prison, Boudnik 12 years and Stephens 13 years. According to the criminal complaint: The victim was shopping at Pick 'n Save, 6462 S. 27th St., on March 27 when she noticed her purse, which had been in her cart, was missing. Police Arrest Suspect In Fraud at Home Depot

36-year-old allegedly $30,000 worth of fraudulent purchases.

A 36-year-old man is in Milwaukee County Jail after police arrested him in connection with roughly $30,000 in fraudulent purchases made at two Home Depot stores in the past few weeks. According to an Oak Creek police report: An employee at Nucor Cold Finish, 7200 S. 6th St., called police Friday morning to report that a corporate credit card was stolen and used to make thousands of dollars worth of purchases at Home Depot stores in Wauwatosa and West Allis. Home Depot was already investigating several similarly-suspicious purchases and got the license plate number of the suspect's truck. When another call came into the West Allis Home Depot store on Thursday for a large order - about $4,400 worth of items - police were contacted. West …
