Four Knights Turn Eyes Toward College Football
Alex Hahn, Jordan Veloz, Austin Sirovina and Dylan Oleszak signed letters of intent Wednesday to continue their football-playing days at the collegiate level.
For four Oak Creek High School football players, Wednesday marked the beginning of the next chapter of their football-playing days. Alex Hahn, Jordan Veloz, Austin Sirovina and Dylan Oleszak were all part of National Signing Day and signed letters of intent to play football at the college level. Hahn committed to North Dakota State, Jordan Veloz to Western Illinois, and Austin Sirovina and Dylan Oleszak are both headed to Minnesota-Mankato. A fifth Oak Creek Knight, Virgil Hammond, is also likely to wind up on a collegiate roster. "It's exciting that these kids want to go on and play at the next level," Oak Creek Head Coach Mike Bartholomew said. "They all did what they needed to do in the offseason to improve themselves."
