Authorities say 25-year-old had to be restrained from getting back on AirTran plane.
A 25-year-old Oak Creek man took his New Year's Eve celebration too far and is now facing criminal charges. Authorities say Joshua J. Breen was removed from an AirTran airplane because he was too drunk and then continued to try forcing his way back on. Breen was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of resisting an officer and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he could face up to a year in prison and $11,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 9:54 p.m. Saturday, Milwaukee County sheriff's deputies were called to an AirTran gate at General Mitchell International Airport after a drunken Breen, who had just been kicked off a flight, insisted getting back on the plane.
