Howell Ave. The Oak Creek Plan Commission on Tuesday approved the plans, which call for a 6,039-square-foot building. The business will feature medical services only, with no day care, grooming or boarding provided. Developers and the city's engineering department are still working through the storm water plan for the site. Officials are also working on connections with Chase Bank next door.

The business would be a one-story building between 6,500 and 8,000 square feet on vacant land next to Chase Bank. About 15 employees would work there.
