Man Charged With 3rd OWI

A 30-year-old man had a preliminary blood-alcohol content almost four times above the legal limit to drive, according to police.

A 30-year-old Oak Creek man is accused of driving drunk on S. Howell Avenue in front of an Oak Creek police officer Wednesday. David R. Asselin was charged Thursday in Milwaukee County Circuit Court third-offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to one year in jail and $2,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: An Oak Creek police officer spotted Asselin driving erratically in the 9500 block of S. Howell Avenue and pulled him over. Asselin smelled of alcohol and was given a Breathalyzer test, which revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.29, nearly four times above the legal limit of intoxication to drive in Wisconsin. Quest For Fourth Meal Ends in 3rd OWI Charge

An Oak Creek man is in jail after a drunken-driving arrest early Monday morning.

A 28-year-old Oak Creek man is in jail after police say he made a Taco Bell run following a night of heavy drinking. Steven A. Valvo was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday with third-offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to one year in jail and $2,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 1:43 a.m. Monday, a witness spotted Valvo driving northbound in the 8000 block of S. Howell Avenue and swerving, so he contacted the Oak Creek Police Department and followed Valvo into a subdivision. Valvo then went to his home on Evandale Drive, where officers found him. Barefoot Man Charged With Felony OWI

Police say an Oak Creek man, 48, hit a parked car with his Isuzu Oasis while driving drunk.

A 48-year-old Oak Creek man has been charged with felony drunken driving after police say he hit a parked car while driving under the influence. William L. Nehrbass was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Friday with fourth-offense operating while intoxicated within five years. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Wednesday, Oak Creek police officers were called to the 700 block of E. Puetz Road after someone reported a 1996 Isuzu Oasis had sideswiped a parked car in the area. A 53-year-old Oak Creek man is facing felony drunken driving charges after he was pulled over Saturday on S. Pennsylvania Avenue. Michael P. Burgey was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday with fourth-offense operating while intoxicated within a five-year period. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: An Oak Creek police officer pulled Burgey over about 7:30 p.m. near Pennsylvania and Oakwood after he saw the vehicle speeding and deviating from the center line. A 54-year-old pulled over for speeding Wednesday now faces a felony drunken driving charge.

A 54-year-old Franklin man is facing his sixth drunken driving charge after he was pulled over for speeding through Oak Creek Wednesday. Bert W. Johnson was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with sixth-offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Wednesday, an Oak Creek police officer on patrol spotted Johnson doing 50 mph in a 35 mph zone on W. Puetz Road. Vocal local 1 - He was going 50 in a 35 mph zone, ;passed two cars and cut back into his lane to avoid crashing into an oncoming vehicle. I bet you would feel differently if you or your loved ones were in that oncoming car and he crashed into it. Drink until you pass out if you want - just don't get behind the wheel. Man Tips Motorcycle In Front of Cop, Arrested For OWI

An Oak Creek police officer saw him and his passenger fall over trying to drive home from Lions Fest, according to a criminal complaint.

A 55-year-old South Milwaukee man is facing his third drunken driving charge after he allegedly tipped his motorcycle in front of an Oak Creek police officer. Sean P. Smith was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Sunday with third-offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to one year in county jail and $2,000 in fines. Ayala was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated within a five-year period.
