Police say man also resisted arrest.
A 26-year-old Union Grove man was arrested for drunken driving in the drive-through of Taco Bell/Long John Silvers early Friday morning. An employee phoned Oak Creek police about 2:05 a.m., saying that a truck in the drive-through would not leave despite the fact that the restaurant was closed, according to a police report. Officers arrived and found the man sleeping and unresponsive. He refused to cooperate, pushing an officer away from the vehicle and trying to close the door on police, according to the report. Police said that an officer directed him out of the vehicle and he continued to resist. He was eventually arrested for obstructing justice and drunken driving.
