Driver Arrested After Accident, Refuses Breath Test
Woman also allegedly urinated in a trash can.
Police say a 49-year-old South Milwaukee woman who drove her car into the ditch was arrested for drunken driving, refused to take a breath test and urinated into a garbage can. According to an Oak Creek police report: The woman was southbound in the 6600 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue Friday night when she lost control of her vehicle, struck a mailbox and slid into the ditch. She was arrested for drunken driving, third offense and failure to keep vehicle under control. While an officer was trying to complete a breath test, she urinated into a garbage can. She continued to refuse a breath test and was taken to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital for a forced blood draw.
